A couple of weeks ago, I picked up a book called “Master of Love and Mercy: Cheng Yen”. A Buddhist nun from Taiwan, she founded the Tzu Chi foundation that performs many humanitarian works. Yesterday was the appearance day of Lord Nrsimhadev. Luckily the storms held off and we were fortunate to be able to drive to the temple in time for the Abhiseka, Sandya Arati and Kirtan.
