Kalyani is really into asking me what people are called…she’ll say what’s her name, what’s her mama’s name etc.
Yesterday she asked me what the little girl next door is called.
K: What’s her name mama?
M: Fernanda
K: What’s that little girl’s name mama?
M: Fernanda
K: Nityananda!

One of last weeks craft projects was a toy Mrdanga. Kalyani was very happy! The actual children’s size Balaram Mrdanga is still too heavy for her around her neck so this works well and was fun for her to colour (you can’t tell from the video but she has nicely coloured it).
